5 Easy Steps To Your Website

1. Request Information Kit

• We will send you complete subscription pricing plans and a sample questionnaire. The questionnaire is what MDS uses to create the content for your website. Within 24 hours of receiving payment, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire and informational package with all of the information we need to get to work.

2. Gather Your Information

• Do you have brochures, informational sheets, or other literature already? These can be used as a good starting point for gathering your website content. We cannot emphasize enough the need for original (not copied and pasted from another website) material. It may take you some time, but you will need a minimum of 1-2 paragraphs per page in order to get your website up. You can always add more material and content later. However, it's best to have all of your content in the initial launch if at all possible.
• Do you have a logo already? MDS will need your original logo file in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other original format.
• Do the physicians have biographies?
• Do you have images or photos of the physicians, staff, building, office?
• Do you have a color scheme?
• Have any of the providers written articles, papers, etc.? These are a great addition to the website content.
• We will provide you with a complete list of the information we need from you.

3. Review and Complete Web Design Questionnaire

• Now that you've given some thought to the content you'll have on your site, it's time to complete the questionnaire. Our questionnaire is a comprehensive form that enables us to build your site quickly and efficiently. In short - you write the content, leave the design and search engine optimization to us.

4. Questionnaire Complete? MDS Schedules 1 Hour "Kick Off" Call

• During the call, we review the questionnaire and ask additional questions about your vision for the site. At this time you have the opportunity to make any special requests or ask any questions you might have.

5. Your Site Is Live!

• Our average timeframe from the final site plan to launch is 2 weeks. During this time we develop your site and perform extensive search engine optimization due diligence. Our mission is to get your site live and found in the search engines as quickly as possible.
