MDS MEDICAL INC. BILLING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Subscription Medical Website Billing Policy

- Free Design and Setup
- Monthly subscription for the service is billed to you on a recurring basis, usually monthly. This depends on which medical website subscription plan you have purchased.
- MDS Medical Inc. accepts credit cards via Paypal, or manual checks.
- Your first payment occurs on the day you subscribe to the service, and usually every month thereafter.
- Please try and get your content to MDS Medical as soon as possible following your subscription so that your site may be launched quickly.
- MDS reserves the right to suspend services due to nonpayment.
Subscription Medical Website Refunds
- Since MDS does not charge a Setup or Design Fee like other website design firms, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for monthly subscriptions.
Cancellation Policy
- Following the expiration of the initial term, you may cancel at anytime with 30 days written notice.
